HAWAII WORKFORCE PIPELINE

Preparing our Community for the Future

Hawaii Workforce Pipeline is dedicated to closing the gap between classroom learning and meaningful careers that offer sustainable, living wages or high earning potential. Through strong partnerships with local businesses, we create opportunities for Hawaii’s students to engage in hands-on, real-world learning experiences or participate in virtual programs that build career awareness and readiness.

ABOUT

Our Mission

IMG_1998_edited.jpg

At Hawaii Workforce Pipeline, our mission is clear: to empower local students to pursue fulfilling career pathways that lead to long-term economic stability and personal success. We support students in exploring a range of options after high school, including college, the military, skilled trades, and entrepreneurship. Our goal is to help them make informed decisions that align with their passions and earning potential. At the same time, we strive to strengthen our local workforce by partnering with businesses to offer real-world learning experiences. These efforts not only expose students to high-demand careers but also benefit employers by connecting them with diverse, community-rooted talent and creating meaningful mentorship opportunities.
